Poorly organized, zero communication about initial meet up or contact information.
The vendor that managed this was Boat Trips Club. They were nowhere to be found and no one knows who they were. The contact information was extremely vague. Ended up buying another 2 hour excursion through another company at the marina.

Great experience @ Cartagena
We just got back from a great vacation in Cartagena, we loved the food, the people and the weather!! We had the opportunity to make an excursion by Sunset, got in love with the ambience and the music, we recommend this tour 100%!
