This was mine and my husband’s first time scuba diving and it was really awesome! They wouldn’t let us dive if it wasn’t clear enough which was amazing! ALL the instructors made sure everyone on the boat was accounted for and safe the ENTIRE time. The Captain was a lot of fun and amazing at his job! Watching him park in the marina was 👌(chef kiss). I can’t remember his name, but he kept spirits high. Luís was our instructor, he went over everything with us before, on the boat, and again under water. He continued to check in on his specific group (ours) constantly. We got to see a lot of “breathtaking” things, a shark included! It was hard to take good pictures under water. Our lunch was supposed to be included and was not, that was the only downfall, but there are plenty of good places to eat around.

Great day diving
The team were great. We saw plenty of coral, fish, nurse sharks and turtles. There were plenty of drinks, snacks and lunch provided. Deeza was a great instructor.

Beautiful and magical diving
Really amazing and magical experience. Carlos was an incredible instructor and made us feel really safe and helped us and guided us through everything! We saw some beautiful fish and corals, and a giant lobster!!!

Great attention to details and high service level for certification.
This was a return visit to have certification for my two daughters to rescue diver. Very thorough and knowledgeable, the conditions were rough and went out of their way to find a calm bay to practice skills. Angel-Luis was a competent and experienced teacher. We will be coming back again.

Great dive shop with professional staff.
Our dive was good and guides knowledgeable with good bottom time. Equipment is in good shape and boat staff was very helpful. Dive boat is large and wide with a great dive platform.

Sea Ventures Culebra Scuba
I’d give it five stars except for the fact it’s a pretty long boat ride from Fajardo to Culebra. Often choppy. Crew were super professional and great hosts. Our Dive Master, Katrina, was incredibly positive and very helpful. Snacks and beverages were plentiful and as I said, all the workers were great to work with. Water visibility was fair and it’s a bit of a long boat ride out to the island…. Like an hour in what can be choppy water, so be aware of that. Was a lot of fun though and decent, not great, dive site.

Great family/friend dive
Great dive, and very safe group. Really good spot for new divers. They put a dive master in the water with you, and they are very diligent with keeping the group together and checking on everyone. They did separate our party that had 7 divers and some new ow certs.
I probably wouldn’t like it if I was just diving with my wife and we wanted to go our own way. I wouldn’t recommend for advanced divers that want to stay away from the group.
The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

Bookings were cancelled in the last minute.
I booked two days of diving: Discover Culebra and local reef diving. Unfortunately, both trips were canceled the evening before they were scheduled. I felt fortunate because I stopped by the dive shop the day before our first dive and learned about the cancellations a few hours before receiving a text message. This allowed me to book with another operator. I understand that things can happen, but two short-notice cancellations in the same week are not cool.

The best experience in fair conditions.
The staff were expert and helpful. The boat was clean and comfortable. The gear was clean and well-maintained. The dives were well-guided. The visibility could have been better, and the currents calmer, but the dive was safe, and no one controls the conditions. All-in-all, a great experience.
