She didn't even know the city and walked from one spot to another using Google Maps, only providing basic information straight from Wikipedia. She suggested taking public transport for distances that were a 10-minute walk away, only to realize at the bus stop that there was a marathon that day and service was limited.

We take feedback seriously, but this review does not reflect a City Unscripted experience and appears to have been posted in error.
City Unscripted does not have any hosts in Milan who fit the description provided. All of our Milan hosts are licensed tour guides or tour leaders, and being a genuine local with multiple years living in the city is a non-negotiable requirement to host with us. A guide who moved to Milan six months ago would not meet our standards and could not be active on our platform.
Additionally, our experiences are fully personalised and privately hosted, and are never delivered by guides relying on Wikipedia scripts or basic navigation apps.
We encourage the reviewer to double-check the operator they booked with, as this experience was not delivered by City Unscripted. Bibi was amazing,...
Bibi was amazing, fenomenal! Since it was just us two it was much more personal and enjoyable. We were able to ask all the questions we had and got to see places we would’ve missed if we were on our own. I would definitely recommend this tour and specifically Bibi to anyone!

A great custom tour of old Milan.
Shan picked us up at our AirBnB, which was very helpful since we were in a new town.
He led a well-paced tour and had endless amounts of information about Milano and its history. He paid attention to what our interests were and focused his attention on our inquiries.

Reza was a wonderful host. Felt like a friend showing us the city
Reza was fun and knowledgeable. He made me like Milan whenever I was ready to just consider it a place to take cool day trips from. Great introduction to the city. Would recommend this tour to anyone. Easy to meet up and like having a friend show you the city

Milan tour
What a delightful experience I had with Pritika as she showed me the art and history view of the city. She was very knowledgeable of the city history. We also explored the Dolce & Gabbana exhibit at the end of the tour which was amazing.

When you only have a short time, take a personal tour.
Ilenia was a wonderfully vivacious lady full of historical knowledge and insights. Her architectural information was interesting. She accommodated for the unexpected heat and it's challenges to my disability. It was a truly wonderful experience.
