Dear Antonietta, We sincerely apologize for your negative experience and understand your disappointment. We are reviewing what happened internally. Please contact us through Viator so your refund request can be handled according to their official process. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. We’re glad to hear that you found your driver knowledgeable and that part of the experience met your expectations. At the same time, we understand your concern regarding the duration of the tour. The total experience is designed to be flexible depending on traffic, pace, and time spent at each stop, but we take your comment seriously and will review how this is presented to ensure clearer expectations. Regarding the market, you are absolutely right—many local souks and shops are traditionally closed on Fridays due to cultural and religious practices. We regret if this impacted your experience and will work on communicating this more clearly in advance. Thank you again for your constructive feedback—it helps us continuously improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for an even better experience.

Thank you so much for your great energy! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience with your guide. Creating tours that are both enjoyable and memorable is exactly what we aim for. Your recommendation means a lot to us—we’d love to welcome you back anytime for another fantastic experience in Morocco!
