Paul was fantastic and personlised the tour a little and found places I wanted to see as my Dad grew up there. He really showed us both sides of the troubles and made it extra special for me by finding the place where my dad lived and also memorial plaques of family we had lost in the troubles. Michelle jumped into action and rebooked us for a time that worked in the afternoon as we were only in Belfast for the day. No small task on a busy August Saturday! Paul picked us up and was able to share the pain and turmoil of the Troubles, then and now. It became personal as he shared stories about himself, friends and family during that time.
