Wish I never bothered
We were told to be there to board for 7pm. Upon arrival we were left waiting about for an hour and then we were told to go and stand in a queue. This turned out to be the wrong queue. Once they realised we were taken to our boat where we were sitting for another 20 mins before we set off. It was after 8.30pm by this time. The food was ok ish but there was no bar, I clearly booked the wrong tour 🙈
事業者からの返答
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent tour with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the significant delays and confusion you encountered at boarding. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be told to board at 7 PM, only to be left waiting for an hour, directed to the wrong queue, and then wait further on the boat. This is certainly not the smooth and enjoyable start to a tour we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and discomfort this caused. Regarding the bar, we understand that this was a key expectation for your tour. We are reviewing our tour descriptions the bar not included in the package. We apologize if there was any misinformation or lack of clarity on this aspect when you booked. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Best Regards, Liezel
