The buffet food was cold and not very appealing also we had the soft drinks package only diluted juice if there was any cola, sprite we weren't offered any the entertainment was okay staff cleaning tables dropped dishes several times

I went on the Lotus Mega Yacht tour today by myself, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I stepped on board, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel comfortable even though I was traveling solo. The yacht itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and with fantastic facilities. The atmosphere was relaxed yet lively, and the views from the deck were breathtaking. The food and drinks were delicious, and everything was well-organized so I could just sit back, enjoy, and take in the scenery. The inclusions are not clear when making bookings, we booked a package for VIP but we were told that our package is standard when we got to the boat.

I am still awaiting a full refund of our payment as I was charged for a trip that we did not attend as the boat was out of action and being serviced at the time of the booking. The company still accepted our payment for services not rendered. I was planning this tour for my husband’s birthday.

One of the best ways to see Dubai is at night by boat! What an incredibly fun experience! I highly recommend doing the VIP package! You have your little section that no one else on the boat is allowed to enter. The service was impeccable and if I come back to Dubai, I will expensive this again.
