Very punctual and comfortable. The driver was there on time and recommended that we take the highway to avoid traffic. That cost 165 ltr. But I am very sure that without this option we would have missed the flight.

We arrived at the Istanbul airport at 19:10 and had booked the pickup service to take us to the hotel. We were waiting for the driver for 1 hour and 45 minutes with an 82-year-old person, standing in a parking lot, then they took us to another one, the organizers were shouting, an incredible chaos, we were also told that the trip would take 47 minutes and it took us 2 and a half hours, I would not book again nor do I recommend it because of the disorganization and the very long wait in those conditions, there are other companies that work much better.

The pickup from the city to the airport was excellent. Howevet arriving in the airport for pickup wasnt so smooth, there was a lot of waiting and then walking to a car park quite far away. There was a man who had booked this service because he had a disability for his convenience but he had to walk quite far and stand around for his car which caused him much distress. But the cars and drivers were excellent, so if you dont mind a bit of a hassle at the airport, it's a good service.
