We had an amazing experience on our Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour! Our first day was spent exploring the Sacred Valley with our guide, Victor, who was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and shared so much about the history and culture of the places we visited. From there, we continued to Machu Picchu, where we stayed for two nights at Gringo Bill’s Hotel. The accommodations were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay. We took Inca Rail on the way there, which was also a great experience. Because we booked our tour late, we did not already have Machu Picchu tickets. Our Machu Picchu guide, also named Victor, was incredibly helpful and advised us on how to improve our chances of getting them. We followed his advice and lined up at the ticket office at 5 AM, an hour before it opened, and were able to secure Circuit 2A tickets for the following day! Victor then met us for our Machu Picchu tour and was wonderful. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and adaptable throughout the visit. We really appreciated how accommodating he was and how much information he shared with us while exploring Machu Picchu. For our return, we took PeruRail, which was another great experience, and our driver Martin met us afterward to drive us back to Cusco. He was very kind and made the final part of our journey comfortable. Rayza was also incredibly helpful with organizing the entire tour and making sure everything came together smoothly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Rayza, both Victors, and Martin for making our trip so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this tour!

This was a once in a lifetime experience! Raiza did an awesome job of coordinating the logistics (pickup/dropoff, van, train, meeting us at the train, getting us to our hotel, hotel reservation, meals provided, etc.), Ronald was an amazing guide at Machu Picchu and gave us great history on the site (he also made a great restaurant recommendation), Efraim was a wonderful guide for the Sacred Valley Tour! They both spoke English very, very well. It was all fascinating and interesting. So much to see! Train ride was great, nice scenery. Meals provided were great! We got to try some of the unique Peruvian dishes at the buffet restaurant (guinea pig and alpaca). It was foggy when we got to Machu Picchu but fog parted for us! The only complaint, our hotel in Machu Picchu was right on the main walking area, so it was loud all night - since there was no air conditioning, we had to close the windows which made the room hot. Highly Recommend!

The experience was fantastic, totally recommended. The guides Wally (in the Sacred Valley) and Martín (in Machu Picchu) were 10/10. Everything perfectly organized. The only negative point was the hotel in Aguas Calientes; we chose the 3-star one, but it wasn't even a 1-star...

We were pleased that we were in a small group of only six people, just the two of us and an English speaking family of four from Germany. They were delightful tour companions and added to our enjoyment of the experience.

The trip was wonderful and unique. We had patient guides with lots of info. The guides spoke perfect English. Aguas Calientes was very beautiful. The organization at Rayza was top-planned. It should have started a bit earlier so there would have been more time at the individual Inca sites. Machu Picchu is unique; you cannot describe it - you have to see it.

Truly an exceptional tour! Worth every penny (and more). Rayza was very attentive even months before the trip. Ef and Martin were both amazing tour guides who knew great details of the local culture in Cusco. They also made everything go seamless and we did not have to worry anything about logistics. And lastly, our driver Martin went above and beyond for us and our requests. I would recommend anyone to book with them and the next time I visit, I would go back to them. No stress planning to see Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Everything was set up, after I booked tour they let me know which course was available for Machu Picchu and purchased my tickets. They were right on time to pick us up from hotel (they’re communicated with us prior as to what time they were going to get us from hotel). From that moment we received our tickets for the Machu Picchu bus, train, circuit, accommodation booking and way back. Sacred valley tour was nice and very informative, from the lady’s making things out of Alpaca, the salt mines, Morey, and lunch was an amazing buffet with so many options. Once we got down to Agua Caliente, a man was waiting for us right off the train with her name on it so we knew where to go for our hotel. From that point we had the rest of the evening on our own. The next morning we met our guide for Machu Picchu where he was with us to guide us on the bus and we started our tour there. He took so many pictures. It was such an amazing experience. Even though we only had circuit one it was a phenomenal view!! and then it was time to come back we got on a train and honestly, it was all seamless. I would definitely recommend this for a tour as it took away the stress of planning all of it on my own.

We loved this experience. We had a great guide on the Machu Picchu tour, he explained every detail with great knowledge and passion for the Inca culture, Ronald is definitely a great guide and expert. On the other hand, Rayza did a great job in the administrative and coordination side, she made the logistics easy and understandable for us. Many thanks to both, Ronald and Rayza, for being part of this experience.
