プラハ城の2時間朝のウォーキングツアー

We did the Castle Tour with Ross. He was a good guide and gave us great information. No knock to him, but this is a large tour. There were 22 people in our group. We didn’t love this. Everyone was given a headset to listen through. It made the tour less personal than the other tours we did. If we’d realized this, we wouldn’t have done the tour. Shoutout to Ross for his recommendation that we revisit the castle at night on our own, he suggested at 7:20, so that’s when we went. The castle is magical at night. That was one of our highlights of our stay in Prague.

Good tour across the Charles bridge and around the castle. The guide was very knowledgeable explaining key points of the sights seen on the tour

It was good that we had options for how long the tour would last. Our guide was most knowledgeable and made it a memorable experience.

This tour was NOT as advertised. It was supposed to be a two hour tour of Prague Castle. While I understand the time to get to the Castle was part of the tour, I don't feel that stopping for drinks and the bathroom was necessary on a two hour tour. Apparently I was put with a group that had booked for a much longer tour. At the two hour mark, we had just reached the Castle grounds. I had booked a two hour tour so it was disappointing that we didn't even see the Castle on the tour. I was allowed to continue on the tour but I had made other plans based on the advertised two hour time. I reached out to the operator of the tour and they basically stated that I received what I paid for but I disagree 100%. We didn't even see the Castle and I should have been assigned to a group that had the objective of the tour that I signed up for. I would absolutely discourage people from signing up for this tour because it is not as advertised. Although the tour guide was knowledgeable (which is why I gave it three stars), the tour was disappointing and the tour operator is wrong to advertise it like they do if they don't take into consideration the two hour time.

Surprisingly, you see only exteriors of some of the buildings of the palace. But, Buma gave a great explanation of why. She is an excellent guide who is knowledgeable and keeps your interest. She is also careful to ensure that no one from the group gets left behind. I would recommend this tour and Buma.

They never showed up and refuse to refund me their horrible how can they get away with this it’s a shame

Marcela was an amazing guide-who better to educate you on all things Prague than someone who has lived here her whole life! i learned SO much about the people, the churches, the castle, the Charles Bridge—and all the history and Lore that goes with them! just remember it’s entirely an outside tour-so bungle up if you are going in Winter!

Great tour of Prague from the city centre to the castle with a very knowledgeable and informative tour guide! Our guide answered ever question the group had very well with historical facts and peraonal stories.

Ross was amazing! He is well educated with years of experience and personal ties to the culture. Very well spoken and gives you even more information than you will be able to remember.. making it a fun and educational/informative listen. Definitely choose him.

Be prepared to walk including steps - Wonderful on a nice weather day!! Barbara, our guide, was Amazing!
