Absolute must when you are in Prauge. Jewish Quarter has chaned over the years and without a guide there is no way to understand the history. One of the best tours I have had. Lots of insight into the history of not only Prauge, but the Czech Republic.

Of the three city tours we have taken on this trip, this was the most expensive & least informative tbh. There were several spots we saw we wouldnt have seen on our own & he explained the history of the city. However there were buildings he didnt really mention or give any insight to them. Nice guide and was happy to answer our questions.

Great guided tour by Mr Honda. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a great deal of old town and he took the time to answer our questions. I would suggest this tour for anyone on their first trip to Prague to gain insight about the history and the the old town area.

We had a wonderful morning tour of Prague with our guide, Jack Honza. Jack was an excellent guide: very knowledgeable, respectful towards churches and easy to follow. His English was very clear, which made the tour especially enjoyable. He gave us a great overview of Prague’s main landmarks, but also showed us a different side of the city. We especially enjoyed discovering Prague’s hidden passages, which made us feel a little more like locals. It was also very interesting to learn about the early history of the Czech lands.

A great walking tour of Prague. Jack (Honza) was a great and knowledgeable guide. We got to see new town, the passages, old town and the Jewish area.

This was a disappointment, considering we spent 3 hours walking around the city. I think guide should not only speak and understand English well ( if the tour is in English), but he needs to know how to deliver information well, how to keep people interested and how to deliver flow to the information. History is not just a bunch of facts. Coming to a building and giving some interesting information rapidly for about 60-90 seconds does not do justice to the beauty and history of this marvelous city. The Jewish quarter tour was a complete disappointment. 2-3 stops, quick coffee break, no bathroom breaks for 3 hours( guide forgot that on Saturday the Jewish museum’ restrooms are closed with the museum. No alternative was offered. When asked to tell just something about the Jewish ghetto or history of Jews in Czechia or anything else, I was told there are different tours for that and there are way too many places of interest to discuss. When the guide was leading us, he walked ahead of everyone, but not interacting with anyone, as if just trying to do this as quickly and with as little information as possible. In fairness, he warned us at the beginning that he is allergic to pollen and his meds have worn off. Perhaps he just should not have led a tour. Speech was rushed, torn, there was no continuous story. I won’t say the guides name, as he did the best he could, perhaps other guides are much better. Information needs to flow and be continuous to leave a lasting impression. Like the beautiful city that Prague is!! But I was very disappointed.

Anna gave us a memorable tour of the new city, old city, and Jewish quarter. Provided us with a unique insight into history and took great care of us for three hours. Highly recommended.
