アウシュヴィッツ・ビルケナウとヴィエリチカ塩鉱山を巡るクラクフ2日間

The experience was horrible, the driver was unfriendly at all times only with us from the beginning, he did not like us and gave us the wrong directions to leave us lying, and we had to go home by public transport. They didn't give us the money back, and he didn't want to make the trip because he didn't want the driver. The price was 220 euros lost.

We booked for Mr Shuttle at the beginning of November to go to Auschwitz on Monday 25th nov and the salt mine on Wednesday 27th nov. Got a text the previous day with a time to be outside hotel. Also 1hour before pick up. Auschwitz picked up at 5.50am in a mini bus by Kris (not sure of spelling) we were 1st pick up and picked up another 3 lots of people before the drive to Auschwitz. Kris explained everything in great English and took us to meet our English speaking guide. He then explained he’d be waiting in the mini bus for us after the tour. We returned to the bus and he dropped us at birkenau where we wet again with the tour guide and he took us around. Kris was waiting for us at the bus again to take us back to the hotel. Salt mine. We were collected at 8.50 in a private car by Karol. He was a very polite and great English speaker. He chatted easily to us. At the salt mine he explained where he’d be after our tour and then he took us to the entrance where we met our English tour guide. Once back in the car Karol dropped us off. Great communication and drivers and asset to your company 😀

The experience itself was the most memorable, but I wish that both the Auschwitz and mine tours went slower.

Booked online from UK, we used mrshuttle for our transfers between our apartment and airport and also booked the aushwitz and salt mine trip with them. When we arrived at the airport our driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on and took us straight to our apartment. The trips went perfect and picked us up and dropped us off at our apartment. The journey back to the airport was on time and every driver we had was excellent. Excellent two day package tour. On both days the service was great and the tour guide was very informative. I strongly recommend it!

Unfortunately we made a mistake during the booking and declared wrong day. We asked them if they could change it for us and they told us that it is not possible. I find it unacceptable that in such a difficult period we are all going through there is no flexibility and there should not be even a small refund!

Booked the 2 day packages Auschwitz Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mine trip with Mr Shuttle. Excellent service. Pick up at the hotel , drivers on time both days. Comfortable vehicles. Superb guides each day . Highly recommend this company . A bonus nice packed lunch included after our Auschwitz/ Birkenau trip !

Fantastic firm - as well as trips to the salt mine & Auschwitz also used shuttle service to / from airport. Received a text the night before tours confirming times, picked up promptly in very clean vehicles with friendly drivers. Would recommend.

Excellent communication throughout, drivers on both days explained the trip and answered any questions. Auschwitz trip could have been longer, didn’t see all of both camps, but they are huge! Salt mine is amazing and worth the trip,
