This experience is fabulous. We did it on a small catamaran, very stable when there is wind and waves.

Very disappointing experience. The tour company was extremely disorganized and arrived one hour late, showing little respect for our time. The delay completely disrupted and distorted our plans for the entire day. We expected better organization and professionalism, and unfortunately, this tour did not meet those expectations.

It was very good Recommended. They take you to see several sites, and the time is about 2 hours, don't miss it.

Canceled our booking due to a 2hr delay with the tour operator. Every time we inquired about the delay - the response was it will be here soon. Got tried of waiting and responses so we requested to cancel. When you're on a cruise and time is limited you can't accommodate a 2hr delay.

Our guides were amazing! Lorenzo and Michael were thorough and gave us an opportunity to jump in the ocean. Great tour, giving lots of viewing and a great time!

The caves are truly magnificent. There are many other boats. The smaller ones can more easily enter the caves.

Avoid at all costs! A real scam. Outrageous service from start to finish: 1 hour 10 minutes late at departure. Excursion cut short: 1 hour 30 minutes on the water instead of the 2 hours sold. No French-speaking guide as promised, and zero explanation during the trip. Services not honored: neither a swimming break nor iced tea. Visit to Benagil Cave botched: barely 1 minute on site in the middle of the chaos of boats, impossible to enjoy it. Dolphins: not seen (which can happen), but the total lack of effort from the staff does not help matters. You pay for a full service and you end up with a cut-rate service. Tourist trap to be avoided absolutely.

We came to take this boat trip with my family and it was an amazing experience! We had a lot of fun from beginning to end. I would like to congratulate Captain Pedro on his excellent work. In addition to conducting the tour with a lot of professionalism, he made everything even more special with his good humor and sympathy. We love the experience! We recommend this tour to all who visit Portimão. We will definitely be back!
