This was a great tour. Got to see a good amount of the coastline with caves, cliffs, and a lighthouse. We had good weather so the water was calm and we did not get wet. We were on the water for about an hour or so. We came in late September and took the first 9:00 boat and it was quick to get into the Brnagil Cave. I would definitely recommend the tour.

Amazing
It was absolutely amazing and well worth the money , the caves are stunning , & was awesome boat ride to get there , Friendly tour guide , and informative. Loved It !!!

Ok, but improvements could be made.
No shade at the meeting point ( it's a carpark) a hat and a bottle of water are essential during the hot months.
I could not hear the English commentary on board as the French commentator spoke over him in French, so I just enjoyed the views. The coastline is stunning and caves spectacular.

Unique experience
Good tour guide. Spectacular cave and boat trip. Wait a good half hour beforehand in the blazing sun for a life jacket.

Don’t do it. Poor customer service and oversold. Atlantis Tours.
Not a great experience. The meeting spot is not accurate, we were jest lucky enough to find it, thanks to a local. I called Atlantis Tours office and they weren’t very helpful. After looking for it for another 10 minutes, I called again, twice, and they didn’t answer their phone. I messaged them and they didn’t answer. Once we found it, we stood in the heat for over 20 minutes and were late leaving the dock. We were packed in like sardines. They oversold the tour, likely why they didn’t care if we found it. We were both sore when we got back from the uncomfortable, jammed in seating. The tour guide was pretty good and tried to be humorous.
I definitely would not recommend this company.

We would, however, like to clarify some of the points mentioned in your review. Prior to the tour, you were provided with detailed information regarding the meeting point, including written directions, a map, a photograph of the location and a Google Maps pin.
On the morning of the tour, our team also tried to contact you by phone and sent you a message well before departure to confirm that you had received the meeting point information and to assist with your arrival. We therefore regret the suggestion that our team did not care whether you found the location, as this does not reflect the assistance provided.
We would also like to clarify that the tour was not oversold. Each of our boats has a defined maximum passenger capacity, which is strictly respected. We understand that you found the seating uncomfortable, but this should not be confused with the boat operating above its permitted capacity.
We appreciate your positive comments regarding our guide and are sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.

Very good
The guide danish and captain antonio first class but waiting to go was in the hot sun for 45 minutes was awful need better organised

Lovely boat trip to the caves
We had a wonderful trip to the caves with Noo noo and Miguel this afternoon. Miguel was a great guide and the caves were incredible. Definitely the highlight of our holiday!

Impossible to cancel
Booked speedboat tour online but then needed to cancel and 2 days prior (well before full refund 24 hour cancellation policy) I called multiple times, emailed, and sent Whatsapp messages in order to cancel and not once did anyone answer or provide refund. Very disappointing.
