Worth it
Dora was great! So enthusiastic, generous and informative! Covered the highlights of central Pest side, but also with enough information to get a good idea of what else to explore. Tip well.

Great way to see the sights
“Bolash” was a very enthusiastic and entertaining guide. Full of knowledge and had a great sense of humour. Walk was at a comfortable pace and a very informative and interesting way to see the key sights of Budapest.

Tour was a great overview of the Pest side. Glad we did the tour our first day to get an idea of what we wanted to see further. Tour guide was very good and did a great job!

Our guide Kristina was good, knowledgeable. However, the itinerary that was advertised was not exactly as delivered, which was disappointing.

Our guide Julia was amazing - she asked what we’d like to see and she incorporated our request into an informative two hour walking tour providing just the right amount of historical context to appreciate the many landmarks in Budapest.

Enjoyable guided tour of Budapest
Sophia was great, informative, friendly and funny. She did a great job considering the size of the group. My only negative was that with a group of that size (30+) it was often hard to hear Sophia but she certainly did a great job regardless.

Great walking tour
Sophie was very good. My only comments are: When we ended the tour at the Parliament building it was starting to get dark, and it would have been helpful to get directions on how to get back to where we started or to the town centre. The tour was 2 hours, so being elderly, it would have been helpful for a toilet break somewhere. When the tour ended I did ask Sophie where the nearest toilets were and she pointed to where the Visitor Centre was, but when I got there it was closed, leading to me searching for a toilet in an area I was unfamiliar with.

Our tours do involve around two hours of walking, and we understand that a longer tour without a planned toilet stop can be challenging for some guests. We’ll certainly keep this in mind when guiding future groups. We’re also sorry that the Visitor Centre was already closed when you went there — Sophie was trying to point you towards the nearest available facility, but we understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find it closed.
