I did not go to booking. Viator advertised one fee for booking and after that payment was made I received an email saying I would be expected to pay an additional $800 in hidden fees when I arrived for booking. I called Viator back to cancel and get a refund which I’m still waiting for. This is a very dishonest and bad business practice. Full disclosure of all expected fees for booking should be displayed prior to completing booking. I’m very dissatisfied with Viator for not providing accurate information about experience prior to making any purchase. When I spoke to Rafael who identified themselves as the boat owner he said that yes he agreed Viator should refund me the money I paid since I was not going to go due to not all fees advertised from beginning prior to completing booking.

Bachelorette Party Success
The boat looked exactly like the photos and was the perfect size for our group of five. The captain and stewardess were both friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. The day before your charter, you’ll need to select your captain, so be on the lookout for a text message. You’ll also be asked to complete a consent form. Be prepared to pay the remaining balance in cash once you board the boat. If you’d like to order food, you can do so through Book My Boat. Simply message Viator, and they will provide the link. I would recommend bringing your own food onboard. The food we ordered was good, but it was quite expensive. We also brought our own alcohol. The boat provided ice and water, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

A relaxing Cruise trip
I went on a cruise by myself and had a wonderful experience. The ship was beautiful, the food was great, and the ocean views were amazing. There were fun activities and shows every day, and I really enjoyed relaxing and exploring on my own.
