We had an absolutely incredible experience with this travel agency! They organized everything for our time in Cusco, including an unforgettable full-day tour of the Sacred Valley and a trip to Machu Picchu. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything ran so smoothly. We were never once left wondering where to go or what to do, as there was always someone from the team there to greet us, guide us, and make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. A special thank you to Liliana, who made sure we arrived safely in Cusco, got settled at our hotel, and had seamless airport transfers for both our arrival and departure. Our guide, Jorge, was wonderful and made our full-day Sacred Valley tour so memorable. He even walked us right onto the train to Machu Picchu, making the entire experience completely stress-free! We also want to thank Washington, who drove us around all day and helped make the tour such a great experience. At Machu Picchu, Rosa was incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of, while Rafael gave us an incredible private tour that made visiting such a special place even more memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! The beautiful, perfect weather was truly the cherry on top of an already amazing trip. Everything was so well organized, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. We couldn't recommend this agency more highly to anyone visiting Peru. They made our trip truly unforgettable!

Our family took a 10 day private tour with Exploor that was amazing. Exploor was well organized, on-time, knowledgeable and friendly guides and helped solve issues quickly. I would book with them again. We saw Lima, Cusco, Manchu Piccu, the Amazon immersion, and the Sacred Valley. Peru is beautiful, friendly people, great food and the Inca History very interesting.

From the start, we had excellent service from Exploor Peru. The coordination was impressive. We did the 2 day Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu tour. The guides were excellent throughout; the cars comfortable and the drivers very good. We enjoyed the two days immensely without having to worry about logistics as everything was taken care of exactly as promised. We would highly recommend Exploor Peru.

Every turn of a corner produced a pleasant surprise or something better than we expected. The guides were so knowledgeable and the drivers were so adept!!! (Drivers in Cusco are a MUST!) the communication was clear and prompt. One night my phone fell out in the car, and I didn’t notice until about 15 minutes after the driver had gone. We texted the company, they got in touch with the driver who immediately checked his car, found it, and returned to the hotel All within 30 minutes!!!! I was so panicked but they were so good!I will definitely use Exploor again!!! Thank you so much!

Planning a visit to Cusco at short notice took some effort and Exploor were amazing to make sure that we fit everything in within the short timeframe of our visit and at short notice. Finding us Machu Picchu tickets was amazing and then coordinating everything else was also amazing. Very quick response and a very detailed plan. The drivers and tour guides for both days were exceptional and had a lot of knowledge. It made the trip to Cusco effortless and memorable.

We had an amazing experience on our tour. The entire trip was very well planned, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. At first, we thought the walk to lunch was a bit far, but the meal at Café Inkaterra was absolutely delicious and completely worth it — it truly made up for the distance. We’re especially grateful to Maik for making our time in the Sacred Valley so special. His explanations at Moray were insightful and easy to understand, and he created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day. Rosa was also incredibly kind and thoughtful. She genuinely cared about our experience and even ensured we reached the train station smoothly, which we really appreciated. We also want to thank our driver for taking the longer but safer route, and for kindly waiting for us for over half an hour due to the train delay. A big thank you as well to Roger, who was always informative and patient in answering all my questions. His support helped make our Machu Picchu tour even more meaningful and memorable. Fantastic custom private tour with Exploor! Flawless from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout. We worked with Konsti to curate a trip that included all hotels and transfers. The guides were outstanding. Thorough with many additional elements you do not have with large groups. All transfers were on time and we were accompanied into the airport for our flights and met upon arrival. When there was an issue with PeruRail, Exploor maintained constant communication guiding us to the best possible outcome and had a driver waiting for us despite the late night. The use of WhatsApp made the process so easy and all details of the upcoming day were sent out well in advance, including pictures of our transfer agent and guides. They also loaded all tickets and details with TripPlans app. Worked perfectly on or offline. We highly recommend Exploor for your travel plans!
