Nice cruise & friendly staff. I love our trip in Halong this time. When I came Hanoi, feel so cold, so I felt worried and not sure if we should book tour to Halong or not. But the weather was beautiful. We are lucky.
Me and my family had a wonderful trip on the laregina royal cruise. Thank you for your wonderful service. Especially Amy took good care of my children. Halong bay so beautifull nhé ,I will come back here one day soon
We were in a brand new boat of La Regina, it was just the 10th day for its activity. The rooms were fantastic - big, comfortable, laxurious, with a balcony to the sea and a great view. The facilities in the boat were also impressive - 2 jacusies with a panoramic view, 2 dinning rooms, bar, TV room, gim and a spa room. The staff was very friendly, and Marvin, the cruise manager was absolutely lovely - he was nice, friendly, charismatic, funny and with very good and understandable English :) He did all efforts to make us happy.
We actually did a 3 day, 2 night cruise on LaRegina and it was fabulous! Initially we were sceptical as the cruise was full to the brim but Peter and Marvin were absolutely amazing and looked after us tremendously! We were spoilt from the off, had our own private tours away from the rest of the group, provided our favourite tipples whilst whisked away to a private beach and given a personal tour around one of the secluded villages with thanks to our tour guide Cham. I really couldn’t recommend this cruise highly enough, the rooms are spot on, the food was Devine and the service was second to none.
