What a WOW experience! Orchid cruises were exceptional and everything ran smoothly. The trip itself is a must! Totally fabulous 2 days in truly spectacular surroundings. The cruise crew were fantastic, attending to your every need especially our waiter Gin who was most fabulously attentive 10/10 for everything 😀
Alex and I one overnight stay.First time cruisers here❤️ The room, the staff, and omg the food. So much food. Not enough room to eat it all. Breakfast at 07:30 then Brunch at 10am. Lots of variety and food to please my taste buds. It’s having a party. Next time we will stay a few more days. The yum food, great staff, massages, kayaking.Thank you to Alex - manager - Orchid Cruises - Trendy boat🛳️ just one extra night would have been good. One other thing that crew were aware of is our allergy to coriander. Travel agent Renee at Flight Centre Aspley, asked us at time of booking for any allergies etc. Info was passed through to staff for each meal we ate. So far our driver at each location and tour guide knew of allergy. That’s attention to detail. The chairs in dining room are absolutely stunning. They’re a bit heavy, I didn’t struggle as staff would assist each time I needed to get up. We did a some kayaking for an hour. Had a wonderful massage. Massage from both staff. The amount of food they serve makes sure one won’t go hungry. There’s an egg station if one is having any eggs. Egg omelette very tasty. In fact all meals are number 1 on my palette. Brunch was our final meal yesterday. 8 plates of food.
We had a great experience and our waitress Fiora looked after us really well. Thank you We will be recommending to our friends
I love the experience and I really want to do again in the future , I like Thomas attention 🙏🏼
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely amazing experience aboard Orchid Cruises in Ha Long Bay! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention must go to Gin, who was outstanding in the restaurant. His friendly manner and exceptional service really stood out. Ruby was equally wonderful, always attentive, polite and genuinely lovely to deal with. Both are a real credit to the team! Our rooms exceeded all expectations, and the entire cruise was simply fantastic. The beautiful surroundings, wonderful accommodation and incredible hospitality made this a truly unforgettable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better way to experience Ha Long Bay. Highly recommend Orchid Cruises!
Our experience was amazing. For the price we paid, everything was well worth it and perfect. From the cleanliness of the room, the the excellent quality of food and drink we couldn’t have been happier! We wish we visited for 2 nights instead of 1, but we will be back next time for longer! Jess, Bang and all of the staff onboard were amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else but with Orchard! Thank you so much :)
Is recommended, great food, great service. Fiora was highly recommended
