What a wonderful experience this was dealing with Best Travel. Luna is fabulous at her job, she is very thorough and provided details at every stage of the tour. It was an awesome experience, highly recommend!!

We went with the whole family for a 2 days trip to Halong Bay organized by BestPrice Travel assistance by Ms Rosie. That was outstanding experience and we all had a great time there. Ms Rosie gave us top perfect assistance on all stages of the trip. We were informed about all connections during the trip. Tickets to the Cat Bat National Park was prepaid already so we didn’t have to pay for anything as well as food on the ship. Atmosphere on the Mon Cheri Ship was top class. We can recommend on 100% this organization.

What impressed me the most was her support even after I arrived at the Radisson hotel. We did the 3 day/2 night cruise on Heritage Line cruises and with booked with Mia Nguyen through Best Price Travel. Mia perfectly coordinated everything for us and make the trip run seamlessly. She was very communicative throughout the process and arranged our transportation to/from the cruise port. We particularly wanted to call out Janet who was such a superstar and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best trip. When our cruise operator unexpectedly cancelled our booking she moved heaven and earth to secure us an incredible alternative, which became one of our favourite experiences of the whole trip!
