Booked a 2D1N halong bay cruise on Lyra through Janet and everything went smoothly. The package came with a free airport transfer and although I gave Janet the arrival info very late (as it had slipped my mind), she was able to make the arrangements very quickly and confirmed the transfer details in less than an hour. She had also accommodated our request to drop off at Tay Ho area instead of Old Quarter after the cruise. We are very appreciative that Janet gave such quick and fabulous service!
I booked the Halong Bay cruise trip with Hang/Moon from BestPrice Travel and my experience was great! Hang communicated great. When we had to change our cruise she guided us through that process very smoothly! I will happily book with them again! 😊 Our cruise trip was fantastic! Thank you!!

Zoe at BestPrice Travel arranged our Halong Bay/Lan Ha Bay 3 night cruise in April 2026. Zoe provided excellent service throughout and made the whole process very easy for us including transfers to and from Hanoi. Absolute amazing service start to finish. MỸ UYÊN, our assistant was absolutely, stunningly responsive and helpful. Before the trip, she helped us plan our itinerary. During the trip, she helped us refine, and also inform us along the way She was amazingly helpful. My wife and I are the type to put together our own itinerary wherever we travel. We stumbled upon Best Price and decided to go with a booked tour and could not have been happier. Cruise, cave trek, transportation and 5-star meal all organized and amazing Would and will absolutely use again in the future.
