It’s much more than just a guided tour of Monmartre—it’s like a little play! The character is “Père Tanguy,” who knew all the Impressionist painters back in the day! We follow Jeff, who plays Père Tanguy very well and tells us all the anecdotes, the history of Impressionism, and the story of the Montmartre district. Truly unique! Thank you so much for this tour!
I loved this concept! The actor plays his character, Father Tanguy, very well. You are "in it," you really get the impression that he is friends with the Impressionists and that he lives with them! I highly recommend it, it makes the visit much more lively.
Fabulous walk in the heart of the Montmartre of the 19th century, discovering the secret places frequented by the greatest Impressionists of the time. I visited the Montmartre des Impressionistes this afternoon with Father Tanguy, and I loved it! It was really exciting from start to finish: you discover Montmartre from both an artistic and historical angle, with plenty of anecdotes that give the impression of going back in time. The concept of an immersive tour with an actor makes the experience particularly lively and interactive, you easily get caught up in history and you don’t see time passing. I highly recommend this visit to anyone who loves art, history or just discover Paris in another way.
Great visit, I really loved it! It fills like a small art history class but much more fun, the actor was really good and I discovered several super nice hidden spots in Montmartre!

It was really a great experience in the footsteps of the Impressionists in Montmartre. Everything was there: the talent of the comedian and his knowledge that he passed on to us with elegance humor and simplicity. We discover places we did not know in a friendly and warm atmosphere facilitated by the interactive dimension with the actor. I learned a lot about Impressionist painters, their painting, their personality and the bohemian life he led. So like the comedian at the end of the visit I pull my hat and highly recommend and 100% the proposed visits.

Such a unique experience in Montmartre. If you want to discover the Impressionists in a more personal way, this is really worth it. Where did they live? Which cafés did they go to? What were they afraid of, what was their everyday life like? The guide is also an actor, and he literally brings you into that time — there’s even a kind of small “ritual” that makes the whole experience feel surprisingly real. It doesn’t feel like a typical tour. It’s more like walking through their world and slowly uncovering their stories. Really interesting, engaging and definitely something different.
