Good experience! Our flight was delayed and they knew it ahead of time. Contacted us when we landed and then waited for us to clear customs. Be sure to know how to turn on a phone number that you filled out for your contact info in case the driver needs to reach you.
Excellent service from start to finish! Our driver was waiting for us at Barcelona BCN Airport with a smile and a sign displaying our name, making it easy to find him. Since this was our first time entering Spain under the new immigration system, we were unsure how long customs and baggage claim might take, but he was patiently waiting when we came through. The transfer was smooth and comfortable, and we arrived at our hotel much earlier than expected. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others visiting Barcelona.
