After dropping them off at the hospital, our chauffeur then continued transporting the remaining passengers to the originally scheduled destination. Before making this unscheduled stop, we informed the you that the additional transportation time and deviation from the original itinerary would result in an extra charge, and this was approved at that time. And you refused to pay the bill and we happy to canceled the additional charge . and you got it without extra charge . Our team always strives to assist our clients during unexpected situations, and in this case, we were happy to accommodate your group's needs during a stressful emergency. We appreciate your understanding that additional services and itinerary changes may result in extra charges.
