We bookrd the van from miami Cruise terminal the driver Areil Kept us informed regulary of his progtess through heavy traffic And arrived no problem. The van itself was a limo type with Tv,bar and bench sests the kids were very exited and watched you tube all the way to the villa It was towing a trailer which made it easy fot him to load luggage Good trip safe driver
Antonio came a little earlier which was so perfect .The fourteen of us had ourselves and a lot of luggage .The Mercedes van was absolutely perfect for our family of six kids and eight adults. Best thing ever to order this before we went on our cruise . He was great.Thank you .Would definitely rent again from you.
We waited in the line for our ride. Alberto S. found us with no problems. He had a big device with my name on it. He loaded up our luggage while we got seated inside. He sent me a picture of how are luggage was stacked. He was a good, safe driver. We arrived at our destination and Alberto had us unloaded safely and the luggage out quickly. I will definitely use this service again and request Alberto as our driver if that is possible.
Juan was very attentive and friendly, and on time. This was wonderful to have everyone together riding to the airport.
