We had Nilanka as our driver and it was an amazing trip. Nilanka was so lovely, nothing was too hard and he was very flexible.His knowledge about Sri Lanka is fantastic. We just returned from an incredible trip to Sri Lanka with our family of four (kids aged 3 and 7). The itinerary was developed in collaboration with drivers in Sri Lanka and provided us with both autonomy and local knowledge to ensure our trip ran seamlessly. If you have a family, having a driver to take you around is a huge help. The tour was very well organized, and our guide, Ashen, was always kind and friendly, tailoring the experience to our needs. I highly recommend this option!

Selecting a reliable agency to have a driver/guide is fundamental for the success of the trip. After much research, we selected them. It was an excellent choice. Anand took us around for 14 days to visit the whole island, accommodating every request of ours and always making us feel safe (important with two children). He also accompanied us on many activities or helped us negotiate prices. Highly recommended. Our 7 and 10-year-old children had a super experience and were super happy, also thanks to Anand and the organization of our trip by the agency.

We’ve just returned from our 15-day trip around Sri Lanka, and I’d like to say that, thanks to this agency – and in particular the driver they assigned us, DAMMIKA – the trip was perfect. He was an exceptional person who helped us get to know the country and its customs much better, showing us the most beautiful places. He was always looking out for us, and whatever we needed, he was there to help and give us advice on what to see, how to see it, where to eat, and so on… In the end, it felt as though he was just another member of our family. I got in touch with them because of the good reviews they’d received, and everything went very well. If you ask them, they’ll suggest the route they think is best, depending on what you want to see; or, as in my case, I suggested a route, and we adapted it as I came across new things to see. We chose the minivan option for greater comfort, but they offer both car and minivan options. They’ll also suggest hotels, or you can choose them yourself. We did the 15-day itinerary in an anti-clockwise direction, and we loved every bit of it, starting with Colombo, Galle, Yala, Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Kandy, Sigiriya, Anuradhapura and Nilaveli. When we arrived at the airport, Dammika was waiting for us with a sign bearing our names, and everything went brilliantly. He helped us right from the start – with the cash machines to withdraw money, getting a local SIM card for our mobiles, and recommending places to visit and where to eat – always looking out for us. He recommended that we plan our itinerary based on what we wanted to see, suggesting the best times to visit each place (he’d make suggestions, but always asked for our approval first); he showed us the country’s fruits and explained so many things about its culture – details that you’d always miss if you were travelling on your own. So, to sum up, I can only say very good things about the agency and the way it’s run, and above all, thank you for assigning Dammika to us – a brilliant driver, a perfect guide and, above all, a wonderful person.

Gorgeous journey through the different souls of Sri Lanka. Swinging from sandy beaches, rocky peaks, mystic religious Temples, green jungle, tea plantation and safaris. We loved this formula, highly independent, always able to shift or review the plans. Special mention and thanks go to Dilshan our gentle and careful Driver, always able to help us out in any circumstance.

We passed 2 lovely weeks visiting SriLanka during August, supported by Dinesh who helped us in discovering the most beautiful corners of the country. He took care of us, 2 kids (7&11) + my wife and I, driving carefully along the not easy traffic roads, providing valuable advices to enjoy our journey and has been always ready to adapt to our last minutes changes. I really recommend him as a driver for your next vacation in SriLanka.

14-day tour around Sri Lanka with a private driver and a guide with us at all times. Our guide was definitely an added value for the whole vacation, he met all our needs and accompanied us everywhere! He speaks English very well and is super welcoming!

We spent two weeks travelling around Sri Lanka with Sumudu and Drivers in Sri Lanka and really enjoyed the experience. From the beginning, he was helpful, calm and always on time. We felt safe with him, and thanks to his knowledge of the island, we were able to discover places we probably wouldn’t have found on our own.
