It has been a long time since i took my family for a vacation. I had always wanted to take my family for a international trip and give them a great expereince. We planned to visit dubai during October. This is our first international family trip. I got the reference of Rayna tours from one of my friends. I gave them the complete details of how I want this trip to be palnned, since I had a two kids and my second one was less than 3 yrs old. The person who was assigned to me was Mr Yuvaraj from the sales team. He helped me organize this trip from the beginning. Had great expereince interacting & coordination with him. He was very supportive & flexible. After our initial discussion, I had many changes to be done in my itinerary, which Yuvaraj helped me & guided me in the best possible way. He was very polite & gentle and helped me throughout the booking of my flight, accomodation, local sight seeing activities. We planned for a 5N trip to Dubai. The itinerary was well planned based on my suggestions & convenience. We had a great expereince after landing in Dubai. The support staff, car drivers, local guide everyone were very helpful & supportive. We felt very safe & comfortable travelling with everyone of them. We also had agreat experience staying at the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana hotel, it is situated at the prime financial district center near Dubai Mall. The locality & environment was very safe, accessibility to pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, ATM, Money Exchange & shopping centers. Basically the commutation was never a concern for us. Every day our maximum commuting time to the places we need to visit was not more than 20-30 mins. Overall it was an wonderful, amazing & fantastic expereince travelling with Rayna Tours. Even though I was little hesitant at the begining, since this is my first international trip booking thorugh Rayna, but they gave me absolutey no regrets, they made my vacation a memorable & unforgettable moment to cherish forever. I would like to thank Rayna Tours whole heartedly for organising & arranging this trip hastle free. A special not of thanks to Yuvaraj, who stood with us from the start till the end, not just over the phone, but made us feel he was just there for us when we needed the most.

5 stars for Rutuja Mane at RaynaTours! I had a nightmare experience with DVPC (Emirates partner) constant requirement changes and awful customer service even after paying for express. Rutuja turned it around completely: visa in 24 hours, clear communication, and genuine help. Wish I had gone to RaynaTours first. Highly recommend these guys!

A lot of wait time and rush. Almost 1.5 hours in queue for the elevator. View was good from the top. It's not worth the money spent.

We booked this experience and View at the Palm through the consultant, Imran Ali Mohammed, at our hotel, Hotel Boulevard. Imran added so much value with his knowledge and helpfulness, and our experiences were better because he advised us of the best times to beat the queues. He spent a lot of time getting to understand our requirements, and was a friendly, courteous, and professional gentleman. Hi rating.

Impossible to get to the destination. They sell a time slot and you need to stand in the line for 2+ hours to get inside. The place is catastrophically overbooked. Tourist trap.

I came up to Ahmed with my family to organize some possible trips in Dubai. He gave us all the needed information, kindly explained all the details and everything was very clear to us. Any problems we encountered, Ahmed helped us resolve it. I truly appreciated his professionalism and help. The prices were really good and I did not have to buy anything separately which was very coneveniet - all the tickets were sent to me immediately and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Burj Khalifa, Sky View, Atlantis (waterpark) and many more that we got to see thanks to Ahmed.
