We had such a great experience on our zipline excursion! The staff was extremely friendly, funny, and welcoming from start to finish. Our guides were fantastic and made the whole experience feel fun, safe, and exciting. The ziplines were so much fun and definitely gave us the adventure we were looking for! As first-time zipliners, we really appreciated how clear and easy-to-understand the instructions were. The guides were patient, encouraging, and made sure we knew exactly what to do before each line. This was our first zipline experience. The guides were professional and fantastic! We felt safe the entire time and had a great time. The view of the waterfall was lovely.

This was super fun! I'm very afraid of heights but I felt super safe and not at all scared the entire time I was on the tour (except for stepping up to the platform on the very first zipline -- after that it was smooth sailing), since you're clipped in to a safety line even when you're on the platform. The activity itself is incredibly fun! Some of the cables are very long (over a kilometer) and you can get up to over 40 mph on the fastest ones. You get great views of the forest and some truly unique vantage points of La Fortuna waterfall as you go zipping by. I do recommend asking the tour operators for the upper body harness (they give it to some people but not others), since without it, you have to maintain your upper body position on your own, which can be tiring. I had the upper body harness and had a great time; my wife didn't get one, and she felt like she wanted to be done after the 8th or 9th cable. Two things to know about photos: you need both your hands while you're on the zipline (one to keep you steady and one to brake), so you really can't take photos unless you have an action camera or something else mounted to your helmet or chest. They do take photos for you, and the pricing is a bit surprising: $20 for one photo (overpriced, but what I expected) or $40 for full access to all the digital originals including videos (shockingly reasonable) -- and that's for your entire family!

My family and I did the 12-line tour in May '26 and had an awesome time. Our guides were helpful and fun and obviously love their jobs. I thought the light rain would hamper our fun but it actually made it more fun since the landings were faster. Super safe, but faster. We had an awesome time. The lockers at check-in are helpful to store bags securely. My daughters wish they had worn jogging shorts w/ built-in snug shorts underneath. My son luckily was wearing shorts with zipper pockets so I was allowed to have him bring my iPhone along for pics before getting on the ziplines. A small fanny pack would've been allowable but my crossbody little backpack was not. Prioritizing safety is a good thing.
Rain making the zipline even more fun is something we can definitely relate to! Super fun and very safe!!! We were able to see a toucan flying and some monkeys too after our excellent guides pointed them out.
Ziplining through the rainforest is already an adventure, but having a toucan fly by and spotting monkeys along the way makes it even better! THIS was one of the coolest things I've ever done. Six of us booked the 12 line and had a blast. I've never ziplined before this and had a few butterflies at the start. After halfway down the first line, I knew I had this licked. You go between 20-50mph and have heights of 300'+. Flying by the waterfalls were just awesome. The crew we had were a blast and kept you feeling safe the entire time. Can't wait to go back and do it again.
We love this! Those butterflies before the first zipline are so real, but it sounds like they disappeared pretty quickly once you started flying through the rainforest! And getting to experience the 12 lines and fly past the waterfalls on your very first time makes it even better. We’re really happy our crew made you feel safe while still keeping the adventure fun. And hearing that you already can’t wait to come back and do it again? That’s the best part! We’ll be here ready for round two!
