We used this service for two full days of business travel around El Salvador. Their communication was great leading up to pick up, very clear and easy. Our driver, Emanuel, was fantastic. He spoke perfect English, was punctual, gave us food recommendations and even a few fun facts even though we weren't touring. Will 100% book again on future trips.

Our driver Emmanuel was absolutely perfect! He picked us up right on time for our tour in the morning and was an absolute gem suggesting other activities we could do through out the day. He gave us history on the country and was wonderful through the entire day. Could not recommend him more and will definitely be using him and his company the next time we come back! 100/10

I had an amazing time in San Salvador, largely thanks to Ernesto. I had a long layover of 15 hours in San Salvador so I wanted to get to know the area and did a bunch of research of getting into city center by local transport or Uber, or renting a car to drive around El Salvador, or taking tours to see sites. Ultimately I chose this private car service and it was 100% worth the price. It was easy communicating with Ernesto on my way out of the airport. Met up with him, put my luggage in the car, and we were off to explore. He asked me what I wanted to do and created an itinerary on our way to city center. We went to a restaurant overlooking Lago Ilopango, puerta del Díablo, the historic center, el Boqueron Volcano, La Libertad beach, Olucuilta (the place to get pupusas), and back to the airport. I felt completely safe, while getting to see so much more of the country than I thought I could in 12 hours. You can also pay for extra time if you need more than 12 hours. Ernesto was amazing and I highly recommend him if you are visiting San Salvador. He always made it a priority to let me know my options and gave me his recommendations for things to do.

Jared at Facil Travel is the greatest Travel Professional I have ever encountered. Super communicative, honest, professional and generous. We reserved 5 Transfers over 8 days and could not have seen the Country of El Salvador the way we did without Facil Travel. They made our stay and experience fun and relaxing. Jared is a fantastic guide and driver. He took us around based on the agenda I had put together. He seemed to know people wherever we went and everyone greeted him with a smile. He was very knowledgeable and could make changes to our itinerary as the day progressed and based on our requests. His car is clean and he drives safely. We made a day long custom trip to visit various ruins with a dropoff at a location a few hours from the pickup site. Our driver Cristian was great and the vehicle was very nice. Communication was good prior to the trip and we felt well cared for the entire day! We would definitely use this agency again.
