They were great. We got there a little early and they outfitted our boat right away. Easy instructions. They have a laminated map of the harbor and even better the have a qr code on the back of the map that takes to google maps and you can see exactly where you are live. That was very helpful. Beautiful day. 70s with a light breeze. Not many boats on the water. Overall a fun time for myself, my wife and her sister in law who was visiting from out of town. I would do it again.

It was a beautiful day in the bay. The boat was easy to maneuver, and there was plenty of room and comfort.

I have been renting electric boats in the Newport Beach marina for years now and this was my first time renting from Newport Harbor Boat Rentals. It was a seamless booking experience, followed by great communication and reminders through text and emails, and finally one of the fastest onboarding. The boat itself was clean and very roomy. I particularly liked the back side that could sit additional guests. Newport Harbor Boat Rentals has now become my 1st choice for future rentals.

The whole cruise experience and the people involved were terrific. Loved ride. But I hated the waiver that had to be filled out: Every single person who goes on the boat has to fill out a waiver that includes a mandatory picture that has to uploaded from their phone of their face and driver's license and each waiver includes all of contract promises that are normally just for the person who is paying for the trip. Get rid of that annoying time-suck waiver process.

Well worth the time and money. I'm local and rent frequently. Great way to spend time with family and friends.

The Duffy boat rental through Newport Harbor Rentals was impressive. The boat was well maintained, and the guide walked us through everything we needed for our 2 hour trip. The boat had bluetooth to connect a phone for music and plenty of space for everyone. Overall, a great experience!

loved it to celebrate my birthday w friends! parking wasn't terrible in the area and getting to the docking area was pretty easy. The person who helped us onto the boat was nice, gave our driver clear instructions, and helped us out of the dock. It wouldve been nice to know that a physical card was needed for the deposit. overall. great :)

The check in was nice easy and quick:) would rent again with them. Spent my birthday celebrating on a Duffy boat, such a great experience.

This was a lot of fun. We went for two hours and the time flew by quickly. The boat was very clean. I would recommend this tour for sure.

Always a great day on the bay. Relaxing and the staff is wonderful.
