Horrible because the captain was so rude. He slammed breaks so hard. We had 2 kids who were crying and our family was trying to calm them so we kept switching spots so everyone could enjoy. He slammed breaks so hard and told us what part of not moving you understand. We thought we have crying kids and we are all still trying to switch to have fun.
Great 2 hour trip with captain Brian. First time at Lake Tahoe and had a fun, informative tour with family of 8.
Once you pay Viator you also need to pay the captain $60/hr prior to leaving the dock via Venmo or Zelle. . All worth it, HOWEVER,, then, the boat captain asks you and your family for tips and gives a laminated QR CODE, then texts your private phone a few hours later asking for an additional amount. Viator, pay your contracted boat Comapny more bc it got uncomfortable! We were generous! !
Captain Bryan was amazing! Such a fun cruise! It was a little chilly and he had blankets and everything we could need! Highly recommend
Our captain, Bryan, was amazing! He was very personable, very respectful, very open and fun! He gave us a lot of information about the area and we thoroughly enjoyed his company!!
Ample parking in the lot to park big SUV, the captain was nice enough to wait for us and make it fun for all on board. The Emerald Bay and surrounding area views were beautiful. Kids took a dip in the nearby Baldwin beach, which is real shallow and not busy. Two hours went by quick.

Awesome day, beautiful location and experience. The afternoon was very relaxing and enjoyable with Capt. Bryan was very entertaining.
We booked a sunset cruise and it was the best experience!! Never had a private boat just got our family and I don’t think we could go back. The tour was relaxing and informative. Captain Bryan is so funny and nice and made our experience so fun. We even got to see a swimming bear in the lake!!
