Do NOT Book with the company
12 of us showed up to the dock but there was NO boat. This operator had mis-calendared our reservation. They offered us a smaller electric boat, but we would need to wait and it would not have enough charge for the tour, we could just sit in it outside the dock area. We considered it for a discount, but they wanted us to pay the full $650 for a boat we had not reserved that did not have the fuel for the excursion. We declined and they said they would issue a full refund. They have not after three weeks and we now have to try to get a refund through Viator. Terrible customer service.

Excellent pontoon boat experience
Our family of four adults enjoyed a perfect pontoon boat ride in South Lake Tahoe. Our BayWatch captain was great navigating where we were interested in going, as well as being a great lake tour guide.

Avoid Captain Bryan and Baywatchers
As soon as our payment was completed they stopped responding to my messages. We were at the meeting point and trying to contact and no response. Captain Bryan was after his tip. As soon as we boarded he started asking for tip. Tips are based on after service and not ahead. I was told water will be provided, I asked for it and he said I quote “As you didn’t tip I can’t ”. Though he offered water later. Our trip started 5 minutes later than scheduled and ended 10 minutes before. Though recommend boat tour at lake from another operator probably

Beautiful ride on a nice boat!
The boat excursion is great. The boat is comfortable. Water temperature turned out to be colder than expected so we didn’t swim. Brian, our captain was great!

Fun boat trip on Lake Tahoe
Great experience on Lake Tahoe. Private boat with an excellent captain Bryan. He gave us a couple of options for our 2 hr journey. We chose to visit Emerald Bay and then time to swim in the lake near a quiet beach. We were 6 adults and a 5 yr old and everyone had a great time!

Great! Cap was awesome! We had the best time and really could just enjoy ourselves, we will be back!
