They emailed at midnight asking for confirmation and then cancelled at 5:30am before I even saw the emails. So we had to last minute pay more for a different shuttle
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we’d like to clarify that we made multiple documented attempts to obtain the required trip details in order to provide the service. We requested the necessary information on: • January 14, 2026 at 12:08 PM • January 15, 2026 at 2:33 PM • January 18, 2026 at 2:59 AM, including a final confirmation request more than 24 hours before the scheduled service Unfortunately, we did not receive any response with the required details (passenger name, pickup time, locations, and contact information). Without this information, it was not possible to dispatch a vehicle. Due to the lack of communication, a full refund was issued despite the time already reserved for the service. We are always happy to provide excellent service and respond promptly when the required information is received. We remain available should you wish to rebook in the future.
Our Driver Omar was great. Omar was punctual . We didn’t wait that long and he was very nice…Best Luxury Travel is highly recommended..

Made a reservation for travel to the port with my family. Confirmed and paid in advance for a trip to the port and then return to Orlando after the cruise. We waited at the hotel and no one showed. They never returned our calls/texts/messages. We scrambled and had to find another method/paid someone else to take us and missed our check in time. They later answered/apologized and claimed I would get refunded but have never seen it after talking to multiple people at their company. Now they won't answer. Stay AWAY, go with someone else. Not worth ruining a once in a lifetime trip.

If I could rate them a ZERO, I would. Upon booking and paying for this non refundable transportation up front. The company was a NO CALL NO SHOW, they left my entire group of nine scrambling for transportation after returning from a beautiful cruise. To make matters worse, I called multiple times and no answer. I WILL BE filing a complaint with the BBB.

We used Best Luxury Transportation for our recent trip to Florida (family of 7) and they were amazing! We had 3 legs - from SFB airport to the Disney Springs area, from Disney Springs to Port Canaveral and Port Canaveral back to MCO airport. We had to adjust our pick up times on 2 of the occasions and they were very accommodating and easy to deal with. On our final pick up day our luggage was delayed coming off the cruise ship, but our driver was very courteous and kept in communication with us until we were able to get out to the terminal and meet him. Nothing but positive things to say. We will use them again in future.

Super easy with our group. On time pick up going both ways to the port and back to the airport. Lat minute changes due to airline changes no problem. Will be booking next years transporation.

They did a wonderful job on our transportation to and from Port Canaveral and MCO. Jose was our driver both times, he was very personable, helpful with our luggage, and waiting for us each time. It was a great experience and we will use them again.

Called and changed reservation because viator changed the search date to my original and I didn’t notice, company said they changed it to the requested date and it hold not be an issue. Got a confirmation call the day before while at Disney, assumed it was our other company that we had booked for that day and didn’t think anything of it until we were halfway to the port and the company we booked for that day was trying to pick us up and I found out they never changed the reservation, ended up costing me $175 for the booking that didn’t mess up b cause the company didn’t follow through with what they said, plus had to book a different return trip. Driver and vehicle were great though! Wasn’t his fault the company messed up
