Our driver Karen was on-time--actuallya little early which was great--and loaded all the luggage easily into the van. Let us know right away it would only take 43 minutes to get to MCO which was also great. Highly recommend.
On time and very courteous. The vehicle is very comfortable and perfect temp inside. Knowing the driver was there was comforting.

Our driver was on time and very helpful. The drive to the airport, for our party of 16, was quick with no problems. The driver picked us up in front of the cruise ship and dropped us off at the airport terminal.
