酒と文化、歴史を通して、高山の古き町の魅力を発見しましょう。 このガイド付きウォーキングツアーでは、地元の酒蔵を訪ね、本場飛騨の酒を味わい、この地域の寒冷な気候、きれいな山の水、長い醸造の伝統が独特の味を形作っている方法を学びます。 途中、魅力的な歴史的な街並みを散策したり、高山の商人文化や祭り、地元の暮らしについて話を聞いたり。 単なる観光以上のものを求める旅行者のためのリラックスした楽しい体験。 見学当日の各酒蔵の稼働状況により、見学する酒蔵が変更になる場合があります。 その場合は、代わりに他の地酒蔵をガイドさせていただく場合があります。

元和9年（1623年）創業の高山最古の酒蔵で、看板銘柄「くす玉」で知られる平瀬酒造へ。 歴史ある旧市街にあり、400年以上にわたり伝統の酒造技術を守り、上質な米と飛騨の寒冷な気候を活かし、洗練された地酒を生み出してきた家族経営の蔵元。 本格的な空間で高山の奥深い酒文化を体験したい旅行者にはうってつけの立ち寄り場所。
高山の旧市街にある1855年創業の歴史ある酒蔵「原田酒造」へ。 看板銘柄「三社」で知られる同酒造は、地域の清潔な水と良質な米、寒冷な山の気候を生かし、飛騨の地酒造りを続けている。 魅力的な三町通り沿いにあり、高山の中心部で本格的な酒文化を体験したい旅行者には絶好の立ち寄り先です。

Loved this tour! Our guide, Satoe, spoke excellent English and told us a lot about Takayama past and present. A very easy 3 minute walk to two breweries where we tasted about 12 different wines and learned how sake is made, how to read the label, how to pair with food (or not), etc. It was the perfect pace and perfect length. Highly recommend!

Very educational and great saki. Guide was very good at teaching us all about saki, and friendly. Went to old saki brewery’s. Very cool.
