We were very disappointed to find this is a bear feeding station were bears are fed daily so it was more like a trip to a zoo than a real bears in the wild experience. Yes you will see bears but we were packed into a hut with approx 20 other people, the bears obviously knew we were there despite being told to wear dark clothes, be quiet etc, the bears turned around to watch us move back to cars, obviously used to the human interaction There were some people late for our pick up which then led the driver to drive erratically to make up time to catch up with the other 4 car loads. Good opportunity to get photos but not a true wild experience

Wonderful to see bears in the forest. Although they are tempted to the hide by food this is the only way you are sure to see them, and learn more about them. Vlad is an excellent knowledgeable guide which enhanced the experience greatly. Recommend this tour highly

This was an excellent experience watching wild bears from a hide. We saw lots of bears, including young cubs, and took lots of picture. The minibus driver was knowledgeable, during the journey. No commentary in the hide as needed to be silent, which worked well. Minor disappointment is had to pay extra 10 Euro for hotel pick-up, even though our hotel was nearer the destination.

Loved loved loved it. Vlad had the perfect mix of education fun safety... his eagle eye meant we didn't miss the cubs up trees. Highly recommend

Excellent tour. The guide, Vlad, was excellent everything went smoothly from pickup, seeing the bears and return. Vlad was very knowledgeable and it was a well organised experience. We saw many bears and was well worth the money.

The guide provided very good information on the situation of bears in Romania during the drive. It was also explained that it will be a place where they are fed vegetarian food under the supervision of the rangers. This serves to ensure that the overly large bear population does not go after the farmers' sheep. Quite obviously it works, and for us it was dreamlike to see 16 bears, 9 of which were cubs. In addition, there were a few foxes. A truly great experience.

Perfect from beginning to end! You are told a lot of interesting facts about bears during the drive there and back. All questions are answered professionally. Before the activity, you get all the necessary information for the meeting point and what to bring. Vlad - our guide - speaks very good German. And of course, we saw bears! There was plenty of time to observe and photograph them in peace. Thanks for the highlight! The activity is definitely recommended!
