Amazing day tour with 3 beautiful castles. Our guide Traian was full of interesting information and local history and took really great care of us. Would definitely recommend.

On our second day with Discovery Transylvania we saw 3 castles, following on the footsteps of the older kings in Bran, , palace of the the Eastern Roman Cantacuzzino’s and Peles, where the first German king built his abode. Traian was a great tour guide, going in-depth into the history of each one and even explaining the motifs that surrounded every room. Again I’d recommend this to anyone exploring the Transylvanian mountains and the Wallachian border.

Highly recommend this trip for learning the history of Romanias castles, as well exploring the myths surrounding Dracula ect

This tour was a great way to see all three castles with an elevated experience. The guide has a nice comfortable van and walks you through each stop. I appreciate getting a thorough tour and know what I’m looking at. He even pointed out some hidden spots that you’d never otherwise know about!

We had a great time visiting the castles and monastery in Brasov. Our tour guide Traian explained the history of each event and not only was he very knowledgeable about the castles and monastery but also Brasov. Traian told us about the history of the different areas in Brasov during our trip to the castles and also during our trip back to the hotel as well. We had adequate time for breaks and lunch and time to see some of the areas on our own. I would highly recommend Discovery Transylvania and especially Traian. He was one of the best tour guide that we have ever had and definitely one of the best photographers. Thanks for a great and memorable day and all the great pics!

Excellent trip! Train was an wonderful and informative guide. Very well planned with plenty of time, great places for photos, and we even got to get ahead of the line at Peles! Rasnov wasn't open due to construction so went to Cantacuzino instead. Was okay but made better by Traian (hard to match Peles- truly fabulous). Didn't even have to worry about meals. Place for breakfast/coffee and lunch, with food suggestions too. Only 3 people on the tour!

It was an absolutely amazing experience! I would never have managed to see and enjoy so much if I had tried to do it on my own. I loved every castle we visited, all the fascinating information we received, and how comfortable and well-organized the entire excursion was. It was truly unforgettable, and I’m so grateful for this wonderful experience!

Traian was a great tour guide while visiting all three castles. He was very knowledgeable and made us laugh! The ride was comfortable, we were not rushed, and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history of the city and castles. The experience was unforgettable.
