We had a wonderful time on our secret food tour with Gen. He was a very nice pleasant young man. The food stops were fantastic.
It was a pleasure to have you with us in Kyoto. The city has a quiet way of staying with people long after they leave, and we hope these food stops are part of what you remember. We hope you'll join Secret Food Tours again!
Gen was an amazing tour guide that showed us around to some amazing new experiences. There was no admission fee and our food tour lasted 4 hours. The authentic local atmospheres of the places Gen took us to gave a really good impression of the Kyoto area.

My husband and I really enjoyed our food tour with Shinki. We started with rice and pork cutlet in a small restaurant then headed to the famous food market for more, and ended in the Gion district for a few local specialities. Shinki gave us a listing of some of his restaurant recommendations (we tried his Ramen one - it was great) and was ever so nice and helpful. Highly recommend this tour.
