I did this walk by myself, the group was friendly, and the guide made sure everyone felt included and engaged. I learned so much about Old Delhi’s food culture, where the flavors come from, and the traditions that keep these foods alive. Every bite was a burst of flavor that helped paint a vivid picture of daily life here.

A Flavorful Journey Through Old Delhi’s Culinary Heritage
This food walk gave me a real sense of Old Delhi’s culinary heritage. Along the way, we sampled fragrant rotis, perfectly spiced kebabs, cooling lassi, and sweets that were sweeter than any dessert I’ve had before. The guide took care to share local history and cooking techniques that deepened my appreciation for every bite. It felt like a delicious walking lesson in culture, community, and tradition.

Food and Fun
What stood out most to me was how each stop was chosen with care, not just for flavor but for tradition and cultural significance. I came away with a list of favorite places I can’t wait to revisit.

Amazing experience
I joined the Old Delhi food walk with no expectations and left with memories I’ll treasure. Our guide knew just where to take us, into hidden alleyways and centuries-old eateries that I never would have found on my own. By the end, I felt like I understood this part of the city in a way that sightseeing alone could never have given me.

I loved how the guide explained the history behind each dish
This was the best food tour I’ve ever taken in India. We began early, when the streets were waking up, and each stop illuminated a different flavor of Old Delhi. I loved how the guide explained the history behind each dish and the families behind the kitchens that have been cooking for generations. We ate more than I thought possible, and every dish had an amazing balance of texture and spice, perfectly paired with stories that made the food come alive.

Best for Family Get Together
I joined this walk not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be amazing! The food was delicious, and I loved hearing about the families who’ve been cooking these dishes for years. The spice market was beautiful and smelled incredible.

Authentic Old Delhi experience
If you want to see the real Delhi, this walk is perfect. You eat from small shops that have been around for generations. I enjoyed the mix of sweet and spicy foods and learning about how old recipes are still made today. The walk through Chandni Chowk was crowded but full of energy. It felt like every corner had a story.

So much food, history, and fun!
This was not just about eating it was about understanding Delhi’s culture. Every stop had a story, and each dish tasted different from what I’ve had anywhere else. The jalebi was my favorite! The guide took care of everyone and made sure we were comfortable even in the busy lanes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Delhi for the first time.

The food walk is the best things I did in Delhi
This food walk was one of the best things I did in Delhi. We tried samosas, jalebis, parathas, and lassi everything was delicious and freshly made. Walking through the narrow lanes and spice market felt like stepping back in time. Our guide was very friendly and shared great stories about each place. It was crowded, but that’s the real charm of Old Delhi.
