Great Wolf Lodge is a terrible rip off. Hight prices, many hidden fees. Stuff shows up on your bill with no explanation like towel fees. Mandatory 18% gratuity of 18% and a large unannounced resort fee. Staff was unwilling to adequately explain fees when we were given the bill, just kept disappearing and coming back with slips of paper with random numbers on them that made no sense.
