We had a great time, and feel like we covered everything we wanted! Ismail was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend this tour!

Guide was Ismail. Tour was guide seemed very tired and kind of put off by the heat. He was very interested in taking me to shops that tried to sell me all kinds of items. Said he was taking me to only the good shops with high quality merchandise. Obviously I knew he was really taking me to places where he got a commission, but I wasn’t expecting to get lied to and stolen from. He took me to a shop to buy a present for my wife. They told me the item was silver and I absolutely paid the price for real 100% silver, but after the tour I took the piece to a silver dealer in the market and had it tested. It had NO silver content at all. I contacted Ismail & his response was to return to the place where I purchased it. Keep in mind, I paid $150 US dollars for a private tour; I bought him tea; I bought him lunch & gave him a tip. Don’t trust this guy!!! Book with a different guide service.

This tour lacked professionalism and enthusiasm which i expected to receive after seeing the reviews and viewing the price. Guide was a nice person but seemed to wander off every time i wanted to ask a question about the history etc. he did his best but not what i was expecting for such a price

We did the whole day tour with guide Mohamed. It is simply extraordinary, super accessible, friendly and available to answer any questions. He made us know Marrakesh in a way that would not be possible without him. We adore

Good mix of sights. Lovely tour guide that was very knowledgeable of the areas we visited. Nice introduction to when first visiting Marrakesh.

Wear good walking shoes and bring a fan. It wasn’t clear to us that they pick you up and drop you off at the starting point in a vehicle. On a private tour if you modify the standard itinerary make sure it is communicated to the guide and agreed at the start. Guide was knowledgeable about all the spots we visited. Part of the tour time included time for lunch. We didn’t want to do the souks yet found ourselves in the souks a lot.
