Amazing day trip Hanoi - Lan Ha bay area
I participated in a day trip from Hanoi to Lan Ha Bay/Cai Beo fishing village/Tai Keo/Ba Trai Dao beach with Serenity Cruises, and it was one of the highlights of my time in Vietnam! The entire experience was seamless. The bus drivers provided a smooth, punctual and safe transfer from Hanoi and back and the on-board ship personnel welcomed us with hospitality and a nice lunch on a beautiful boat. A special shoutout goes to the very good guys Phuc and Tuna! Phuc was full of energy, humor, and care. He kept everyone safe and made activities like kayaking and swimming absolute blasts. Fewer crowds, stunning scenery, and an exceptional team. The same goes for Tuna for organising the ride back. I highly recommend booking with them!

It was a great experience with a very nice guide, Tuna, who was extremely kind and always available. He did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed a unique and memorable day in Lan Ha Bay.

Amazing day away from the tourist rush in Lan Ha Bay
The experience of Lan Ha Bay day cruise was something unexpected for me. Though a bit off-bit place, but the way tour was conducted was utterly professional and totally value for money. A special shout out to our tour guide Tuna, who ensured every bit of the tour went according to the plan, starting from pickup to drop. His knowledge about the places of visit, kind and sincere nature made the tour all the more enjoyable and memorable. Do visit Lan Ha Bay when in Hanoi!

10/10 Transfer from Cat Ba to Hanoi with Du!
Du made our trip from Cat Ba back to Hanoi completely stress-free! He was super friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly from the bus to the ferry. Excellent English and great care for all passengers. Highly recommend booking with Du!
