It was such a great tour, super informative and Fernando our tour guide did an amazing job of explaining the different produce and geography of Costa Rica. It was great to see a local coffee farm, iguanas, and more especially hot springs. Food was good too. Great value for money, would recommend !
Alex was our tour guide, and I felt like I was with family. He was so wonderful to my aunt and I. He was such a gentleman helping everyone put the van including the single guy in our group. He had so much knowledge and took such amazing care of us, showing us so many things along the way. His knowledge was amazing and for a long drive he helped entertain. If possible to request him I would never want to tour with anyone but him. His professionalism was above and beyond and as a nurse myself I know what it's like to take care of my clients as if they were family. That's exactly what he did.

I had such a great time on the Arenal Volcano Experience tour! Everything was well organized, the scenery was beautiful, and the hot springs were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, so we weren’t able to see the volcano, but honestly, that didn’t stop us from having an amazing time! There was still so much to enjoy, and our tour guide Osvaldo truly made the experience unforgettable. Osvaldo was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and so easy to talk to. He made sure everyone was comfortable and shared so much interesting information throughout the day. By the end of the tour, I swear I felt like I had made a new bestie! 😂❤️ And because this was a special birthday tour for me, Osvaldo went above and beyond and surprised me with a slice of flan cake at dinner! 🥹🎂 It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and honestly one of those little moments I’ll remember from my birthday trip. Even though Mother Nature said “not today” to the volcano 😂, Osvaldo made sure the day was still full of fun, laughs, beautiful scenery, and great memories. 10/10 experience! I would absolutely recommend this tour and if you get Osvaldo as your guide, you’re in for a treat! ❤️🌋
We had an amazing trip with Fernando! He was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained every step of the tour as well as additional fun facts. We had a mixed group of about 10 people of all ages, planned activities, and mixed languages of English and Spanish. Fernando explained everything incredibly clearly. Ensured we had a friendly environment with open to questions and jokes; ensured that food accommodations were taken care of and made sure that we were making the day trip as planned with the length of time. Highly recommend this trip, especially if you can request Fernando!
