Our guides, Marcos and Carlos, were absolutely wonderful! Incredibly knowledgeable about the plants and animals we were seeing and the history of the area. They showed us tent bats, howler monkeys, sloths, iguanas, frogs, insects and so many birds. The guys were funny and engaging and full of life! This tour was well worth the money! Lunch was delicious typical Costa Rican fare and very filling. The hiking views were breathtaking and the hot springs were a great way to end the day!

The best tour guides ever! Our driver Che-Che got us to each destination safely and on schedule. Chistian and Diego were our guides. These men are national treasures! I learned so much about the land, animals and people in this tour. I am grateful how they took great care of me. Based on my research I knew the hikes would be strenuous. They help me through all the hard bits. It was a full day discovery, meeting great people, delicous fresh meal and snacks and fun. I would recommend this tour for everyone open to adventure.

Diego and Aarón were remarkable. They showed genuine passion for teaching us the area’s history. Their approach was friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. I would recommend this tour with them specifically 1000x over!

It was a long, glorious day. The hike to & from the waterfall (370 stairs x2) & volcano was tough. Warerproof gear ia critical during the rainy season. Swimming/walk to waterfall? Bring a micro fiber towel & water shoes. Getting a massage the next day was a must for our group. The river was pretty deep & good watershoes were helpful. Bring a waterproof case to safety get your phone across the river to the waterfall. The lunch was better than other versions we had dueing our trip. The thermals were very relaxing. The guides were helpful & had a great attitude. Bring Motion sickness meds for drive up mountain.

Our tour guide, Diego was great. He shared a lot of history of the area and the Arenal volcano. The hike to the volcano was strenuous but beautiful. The hot springs was a great way to cap off the tour.
