Historic Waterfall tour
Uber to the meeting point from Portland is pricey at $90 to $100 round trip. You could reduce this by using Trimet but that adds quite a bit to travel time. Also take time and visit the free museum across from the meeting place. Nice little museum with lovely knowledgeable staff. You can make reservations for lunch at the Multnomah Lodge. If reservations are full there is still a possibility of will in.

Thank you for the 5-star review. From June through August, we run the Waterfall Express, which includes a tour bus from downtown Portland and Waterfall Trolley tickets. This is by far the most efficient and enjoyable way to get to the Trolley. We hope to expand this service in 2027. Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review.

Book the trolley
Great experience! The trolley was the perfect transportation option to see and enjoy the falls! Prompt departure we took the 11am ride. The hop off and on option was great for my teenage son because he’s a hiker. We got to hike from Wahkeena to Multnomah hung out there and caught the trolley within the hour back to other falls. Jamie was great as well. 10/10

Fantastic way to see the falls
This is a great way to see the falls. Our driver/guide was so knowledgeable and helpful. Answering questions etc. And the ability to get off and spend as much or as little time as you want at each falls is fantastic. We had to get as much done in 4 hrs as we could and it worked out perfectly. No worries about parking or driving. It's a great way to do this AND it helps the environment to not have 50 cars making the drive.

Great time
So much fun. We had a great time. Can’t wait to go again. We were unsure when we booked it but the savings for looking for a parking spot and the parking fees at all the stops alone made it worth it.

A Tranquill experience
It was very pleasant and informative, they had a lot of knowledge about all the waterfalls and the history. I plan on doing it again when we have more time to explore and hike more.

Beautiful Trolley Ride to Waterfalls, Hikes and Views
What was unclear from the website is that this is Not a hop-on-and-off trolley. If you get off and observe a waterfalls you will have to wait for the next trolley, generally an hour

Hello...our website has details about all the stops, trolley schedules, and suggested itineraries to make the most of your time. Trolleys are only an hour apart if you go in the same direction; some stops are as short as 12 minutes. Did you visit www.waterfalltrolley.com? This is not a tour with timed stops; it's hop-on, hop-on/off where you choose your pace and stop preferences.

Avoid all the driving and parking…take the trolley and enjoy your day
Our drivers were helpful, prompt and safe…everything we needed in a shuttle service. Was terrific just hopping the trolley while watching all the drivers endlessly circling for a parking spot to open. Definitely worth the money and the convenience.

Easier and fun way to see all the waterfalls
The drivers were wonderful and knowledgeable. Such a fun experience. The waterfalls were amazing. A definite must visit.
