Tour Cancelled.
HOHO Tour was cancelled and the replacement experience offered was for the day before we arrived so that was no help.

Could neither hop on nor hop off :(
I was very sad to learn that the hop-on-hop-off trolley tour had become merely a “trolley tour” on the day of our visit. I learned this while standing at stop #10 while hopefully waving my ticket at the driver. The driver said we could not hop on there, thus ruining our plan for the day. I wish this had been made clear when I booked it as I certainly would not have booked it knowing we couldn’t get on and off throughout the day. I am very disappointed that I wasted our money. :(

Disappointing
They cancelled the activity after 1 pm and I received no notification. It cost me $70 for the round trip Uber from where we were staying.

The plans for the trolley...
The plans for the trolley were changed and there was no on off. This was done for a legitimate reason but we were notified while traveling and did not have time to change. We have found service from Viator inconsistent and will not use there services again.
事業者からの返答
Hello- we apologize for the unexpected service interruption. We tried to let passengers know via all contact methods we had available. Hopefully, you enjoyed the modified tour.

See the city
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Rain put a damper on the excursion. Wish we had quick photo moments allowed.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for riding with us. Unfortunately, city traffic does not allow photo stops in the middle of the road. We recommend hopping off to enjoy the view and explore while waiting for the next trolley. There is just so much to see! Thanks for your review.

Not a good experience.
Unfortunately, the morning of our hop on/off bus tour the operator called and let us know they had cancelled the hop on/off bus tour. They said we could go on the Rose Tour if we wanted. We did not. They issued a full refund. It seems to be bad business to cancel especially on the day of the tour.
事業者からの返答
Hello- we had an unexpected tour disruption where we could not operate the full hop-on/off experience and instead offered guests a specialized tour. We reached out to guests as soon as possible by every contact method available to us. We certainly do not make it a pattern to cancel tours, and we're sorry you only received the message the day of. Very rarely, unavoidable circumstances in a city of Portland's size dictate a change of plans. We do our best to honor our guests as best we can.

Unexpected City Tour of Porland
Although this was not as expected, enjoyed the city of Portland with the Hop on and Off tour. I was pleased that the tour had an extended leave at the International Rose Garden, Portland.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your flexibility and the 5-star review. We're glad you enjoyed the tour.

Highly Recommend
Absolutely loved taking the Hop On Hop Off Pink Trolley. I loved hearing about the history of Portland and seeing the different areas. The rose garden was beautiful. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to see Portland.

Thank you for the 5 star review!

The configuration of the...
The configuration of the vehicle does not facilitate questions and interactions with the guide / driver.
事業者からの返答
I am sorry that the custom built trolleys configuration did not meet your expectations. There are seats at the front of the trolley that you could have used if you wanted to ask questions of the driver. In 15 years this is the first time we have received this comment.
