Luis was fantastic! He took time to answer all of our questions, walked at a pace that was helpful to the older members of my family and cared for us every step along the way. We could not have asked for a better guide. Thank you for a fabulous time!
First... if you want to get a true visit of the Prada museum.... get Marta.. she is AMAZING... normally you would not get me thru the door without falling asleep.. she has opened our eyes to art and interpretation... she made this tour 5+. She is passionate about art and history and the city.. can’t say enough nice things about her.. she was the cherry on top of our visit to Madrid... will be a return destination for sure!!!
Kristina was an incredible guide! Very engaging and did everything to help meet our needs. Here’s my thoughts. The survey provided by the company was not helpful. Although I identified what I thought I wanted to see they were my available. I missed it was a walking tour. Somehow I thought would drive different sites and visit. I don’t think Christina was given our completed survey. I will say she did an excellent job of accommodating our wants and desires and still help us see important parts of Madrid. We loved what she showed us. Absolutely get this tour to schedule the afternoon with the guide at the Prado Museum. Our very thoughtful guide left us with directions as she was committed. We would have loved to continued with her. Please do this. There are so many incredible artists and stories to learn. You need a guide to help you navigate. This was great but I would have changed the few things I mentioned.
Communication was perfect. Avoid the large croud, and move at your own pace. Pedro, our guide, is awesome. He's so passionate about Madrid and all that is has to offer. Very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and enthusiastic. We enjoyed our day in Madrid, and learned a great deal. We would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide Nacho was terrific. The tour was very interesting and was a good combination of history and culture! I highly recommend.
Marta was absolutely lovely. I arrived running late and very Harries. She patiently helped me sort out some personal stuff and took me on an abbreviated (at my request) tour. She was very well informed and gave me some great tips for the rest of my stay. Would recommend her and the service to anyone and everyone!!

We had a great tour and our tour guide gave us the opportunity to do what we wanted which was walk and explore all of the different neighborhoods in Madrid. Our tour guide was very good and very excited to show us the different neighborhoods of her city. She was patient and let us stop to take photos and shop along the way while she explained some of the historical and current aspects of each neighborhood.

<p>My mother and I really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide Luis David Zapata Madronal was incredible. He planned the tour in such a cohesive, enjoyable way that we were able to absorb and understand all the information and really grasp the chronology of events. After 4 hours of walking we really had a good sense of the history of Madrid. We highly recommend this tour.</p>
