tour was not about finding the big stuff-- that can be easily done online. Lisa the guide was excellent at sharing great small stuff and giving advice on where to go and making effective use of time and resources. Lisa did a fabulous job making us feel confortable and a great conversationalist. Lisa met us at our hotel and we began the tour. She spoke perfect English and we knew this was going to be a great two hour tour. She showed us the area highlights around the Literary quarter and showed us hidden gems. It was like being on a tour with a friend. This tour is highly recommended.

Our local guide didn’t show up and we waited for almost 30 minutes before we finally left the meeting point. Although there was lots of frustrations with this, we did get our money back and got offered some free tour to use.

Lisa was great. Great communicator before the walk about. Lisa is sweet and very informative, and seems to know all the other tour leaders. Spent three hours with her and was never bored. She takes her time to explain every thing for you. Makes a tour to fit what you want, not a pre-packaged tour. She wears a bright red hat, so you cannot get lost.
