The actual ride was only 30 min with 10 min in and 10 min out driving very slow and 10 minutes for actual speed. The driver/guide did not say a word or explain anything. Was very overpriced.
Correct, this activity is a 30min ride. We do offer longer durations for private events if requested.
Just wasn’t happy supper boat didn’t end up going fast they put us on a smaller boat and it was nothing like advertised and didn’t really get to experience Miami at all

What i paid for and what I got were totally different. I paid for a bundle package and they refused to honor it.

There is $50pp payment due at check-in. They said it’s due to using a third party? Doesn’t make sense.

Reading the past reviews, it seems like things went downhill for this company after 2024. Unfortunately, this excursion didn’t live up to the thrill it promised. While the team was quick to set up and get us going—especially appreciated since I booked the first ride of the day to catch cooler morning weather—that’s where the positives ended. Instead of a speedboat thrill, we ended up on a half-hour ride through a lake lined with luxury homes, which felt more like a real estate tour than an adventure. Like others have mentioned in earlier reviews (especially Anthony L’s from May 2024), the excitement just wasn’t there. The pricing is also misleading. The $15 per person fee advertised is only part of the cost—you’ll be hit with an additional $50 per rider if you haven’t dug into the fine print. $130 for a short, uneventful ride? I wouldn’t recommend it. There are far better ways to enjoy Miami’s waters.

The speed boat experience was fun… what I did not like is the hidden fees once you arrive at the excursion

Will never book with this company again. It was a set up when you get there. Pay $50 extra for person. Should not have there company posted through this app. Go to the thriller speed boat cheaper and way better location/tour

We had the most amazing experience. The staff was freaking AWESOME!!! I would recommend this tour to everyone who visit Miami!!
Price isn’t 45. You have to pay 50 per person when you get there for gas. Read carefully. Ride is fun, your guide is friendly and funny. Super 😊 good time
TripAdvisor did not refund the amount , worst customer care service . I tried reaching them but no use , careful while booking from TripAdvisor.
