Regarding the drop-off, it appears there may have been a mix-up, as we did have Porto Pi scheduled as your drop-off point, and some other guests did disembark there. We believe you may have exited at an earlier stop, which could explain the confusion. Our team is always available to assist, and we’ll work on making drop-off points even clearer to ensure a smoother experience for all our guests.
