His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail really made the trip special. Thanks to his expertise I was lucky enough to see 4 of the Big 5 in Akagera National Park as well as an amazing variety of other wildlife.
Justin was fantastic at spotting animals and making sure I had the best opportunities to see and photograph them. You could really tell how passionate he is about Rwanda and its wildlife.

Silverbird Tours did an amazing job of making the most of our day. We got to see so many animals. What a day! A must see
Elephants, giraffes, rhinos, hippos, eagles, mongoose, zebras, warthogs and so many birds. What a great little park!

Quite a day of non-stop sight seeing
Peter, our guide, was determined and we saw all the big five during our tour. The last leg of the tour was memorable as we saw the Savannah fill with a herd of giraffes.

Unique
Great trip, we saw plenty of animals. except for leopards and cheetahs. Our guides were skilled with good knowledge of Akagera.

Best tour

Seamless and Memorable 1-Day Akagera Safari with Silverbird Tours
I recently went on a 1-Day Safari to Akagera National Park with Silverbird Tours Agency, and it was an unforgettable experience! The team was so thoughtful, they came to my hotel the day before to go over details, accept payment, and ensure I had a packed breakfast for the early start.
Our driver, Justin, was fantastic, kind, punctual, and knowledgeable. The vehicle was comfortable, with WiFi and a power plug, and we even had a fun coffee break for souvenirs on the way. During the safari, we saw so many animals, thanks to the drivers communicating about sightings. Some of the animals we saw were: Zebras, Giraffes, Elephants, Water Buffalo, Baboons, Antelope, Rhinos, and much more! Lunch was delicious, and everything ran smoothly.
Despite our tight schedule (we had an 11 PM flight out of Kigali), Silverbird made sure we enjoyed the park without feeling rushed. I’m so impressed by their professionalism and care. I highly recommend them for anyone visiting Akagera! 🌿🦒🦓
