Great trip, and excellent boat and crew. On our return the driver directed us to where we had been dropped off, got there no one knew which mini bus we were on. Original driver no where to be seen.An employer tried to argue that we had not booked transfers, I showed him the ticket, still argued! Finally one of the drivers said to go in his and he'd drop us at hotel in Ixia. Poor after service.

Absolutely brilliant trip, we’ve used Viator in the past ( America) and looked to see if they do trips in Rhodes. From start to finish with transfers , food and drinks added to the boat trip they were excellent. Would highly recommend doing this trip with Viator. Symi is stunning!

The beautiful experience for my first time in Rhodes, Greece. We went to St. George Bay and swam for an hour, then we got a lunch package, and walked around to Symi island with a panoramic view. Very beautiful small village in Symi island, many cafes for drinks and relaxing with a view of boats and houses.

Operator cancelled boat trip soon after booking and tried pushing to another day. No response after I replied that the new date wouldn't work and had to escalate to Viator to refund. Strongly suspect they farm passengers and cancel last minute if they don't have some minimum number to go out with.

Symi is beautiful, but the organisation by MedSea Cruises was very disappointing for us. We deliberately booked the excursion to Symi including lunch, so that we would have enough time to explore the island. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the trip we were directed to what later on seemed to be the wrong boat. Once we arrived in Symi, we discovered that our booked lunch had therefore not been arranged for us. We then spent more than 45 minutes waiting and making phone calls with their staff to get the situation resolved. Eventually, we received a refund for the lunch and had to find somewhere to have lunch ourselves. This took approximately another hour. With only three hours on Symi, this meant that we lost a significant part of our limited time dealing with a problem that was not caused by us. As a result, we unfortunately saw very little of the island. Symi itself looked beautiful, and we would have loved to see much more of it. However, the organisation and communication from MedSea significantly affected our day. Mistakes can happen. But taking responsibility and properly looking after your customers afterwards is just as important. Unfortunately, we felt that this was completely lacking. For that reason, despite the beauty of Symi, we unfortunately cannot recommend this excursion.

Wonderful boat trip – with one unfortunate misunderstanding We spent a wonderful day on the boat, and overall it was a truly beautiful experience. The scenery was breathtaking, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the boat trip itself was simply wonderful. There was, however, an unfortunate misunderstanding regarding the All-Inclusive service. We purchased All-Inclusive tickets for four people, but during the trip we were asked several times to pay separately for drinks. Unfortunately, we also did not receive the lunch which we understood was included in the package. Naturally, this was an uncomfortable situation for us at the time. However, our complaint was handled in a very professional and considerate way. They looked into the situation, confirmed that our All-Inclusive booking was indeed valid, apologized for what had happened, and are now arranging a refund for the services we did not receive. We really appreciate that they took our concerns seriously and handled the situation so fairly. We believe that misunderstandings and mistakes can sometimes happen, but what really matters is how they are dealt with – and in this respect, we are very satisfied. Despite the unpleasant experience, we would happily recommend this boat trip. The trip itself, the beautiful scenery and the whole experience will remain a wonderful memory for us. ❤️ Overall, we had a beautiful day and we are very happy that we got to experience it here in Rhodes.

everything extremely perfect

We paid the tour with transfer, which was duly registered, we tried to communicate with the tour operator, to confirm the transfer time, but there was no response. Viator also failed to get in touch. On the day of the tour, we decided to go 30 minutes earlier to the meeting point, which was the hotel and no one came to pick us up. I contacted Viator again, who then managed to talk to them. They said if I could stay for the next day, that there was a breakdown in the system. We no longer wanted and we requested the refund, which was accepted, because everything was fine, the correct meeting point. It was very unpleasant.

Overcrowded boat with very little space to sit. Staff give zero customer service and just stand next to you smoking or vaping. Choose a different company.

We ordered by transfer and did not get notified when we were picked up and therefore had to write to them on WhatsApp. The food was a hill of flamingos with a chicken lion, some pasta salad, 2 small meatballs and something I don't know what is. The boat was all for the tourist with too many people and it was difficult to get into the water as there was the possibility to swim. Where we had to swim there was only the possibility to stay right around the boat. The island itself was nothing but the boat trip was a terrible experience.
